PHYSICAL
THERAPY: Physical
therapy includes mobilization and manipulation for joints that
are stiff, painful and have lost range of motion after
mastectomy, lumpectomy, radiation or reconstruction.
Lymphedema, or arm swelling,
is a condition that affects many women following breast cancer
treatment. Using state-of-the-art measures of lymphedema, such
as bioelectric impendence, our approach allows for early
detection and monitoring of lymphedema. Through early detection
and specialized treatment such as massage, compression wraps and

is critical to wellness during and after the breast cancer
journey. It has been shown to decrease fatigue, increase quality
of life, assist with weight control and reduce the risk of
breast cancer recurrence..a Individualized exercise programs are

MASSAGE
THERAPY:
Reduces tension, stress, stiffness and soreness in chest, arms
and torso, and; decreases pain and swelling. It has also been
shown to increase immune system function in women with breast
cancer.
